Policy
At Breeze Wax, we strive to ensure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the moment they enter our doors to the time they leave our waxing salon. Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Travel fees are not included in the deposit.
Late Policy
Clients have an 8-minute grace period. After this time, a $10 late fee will be added to the total.
If a client no-shows without at least one hour’s notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
Travel Policy
Travel is charged at $3 per mile.
The total cost of services, including travel, must meet a minimum of $40.
If the client does not respond within 8 minutes of the service provider’s arrival at the agreed location, the deposit will be forfeited.
